  • 1.CK产品轻薄,容易磨损。10分钟前,我给亚马逊客服写信,告诉它产品穿了两次,有个小洞。而且,我告诉亚马逊,我在中国,退货很麻烦。此前,我试图启动自动退货程序,尽管亚马逊提供运费,但要将货寄到美国还是挺麻烦。

    4. 这是亚马逊继没有收到货退款,价格保护之后,第三次为我提供满意服务。亚马逊处理这些客服时,第一原则是信任用户,并不需要用户证明自己所说。这样的商业环境和商业文化,技术实现不了。
