  • 一直是购物狂的潜水党,第一次开分享帖。
    一是想给各位海淘er提个醒,海淘也是可能遇到假货、次品,大家在按鼠标下单前一定擦亮眼睛;
    二是如果遇到问题,一定要让对方给解决,咱们不能让老美以为中国人好欺负;
    三是LZ也不知道自己的处理方式是否有欠妥的地方,分享出来和大家一起讨论。

    首先声明,LZ自知自己英文水平低劣,尚处入门级,也晓得这里面有很多精通各国语言的厉害达人,纯属分享和交流,请各位念在LZ身怀六甲,轻拍哈。孕妇经不起大打击。

    自从LZ肚里揣了我的两小宝后,LZ走上了海淘的不归路,可不知是运气问题还是RP问题,每单海淘回来都有这或那的问题,但最近一次非母婴用品的购买经历让我有了开贴和大家讨论的念头,且听我细细道来。。。

    某天,老公回家和我提到要买根皮带,疯狂海淘囤积母婴产品的LZ立刻眼睛一亮,谄媚的表示可以给他海淘一根大牌皮带,且只用不到四位数的价格。当老公对此表示质疑时,LZ还拍着胸口表示绝对是正品,崇洋媚外的LZ很傻很天真的说,美国的网站不像国内的某宝,是不可能卖假货滴。。。。

    大概二十天后,当我们收到那根某大牌的皮带时,却完全傻了眼,这不是传说中的A货么。。。甚至不如国内A货的品质,说是地摊上买的,都不足为过。。。马上上图

    整个皮带从外包装到细节,从轻飘飘的皮带扣到皮带本身,完美的体现了两个字——假货,大家可以从楼上的图里看出。

    这时LZ开始不淡定了。。。虽说LZ之前崇洋媚外、贪便宜不好,但也不想用1000块钱买根地摊货回来啊。。。

    同时,在老公面前,面子也有点挂不住不是。。。。

    和供货商邮件沟通,说“只有你们中国才卖假货”
    于是,LZ决定不管有没有用,反正都被骗了,得讨个说法不是?

    由于皮带是某网站的第三方发货,所以,我先和供货商那边写了封简单的邮件。

    The quality of the belt is really nasty and cheap. It must be fake.I feel cheated. I want return and refund. 你们这皮带质量太差了,肯定是假的,我觉得被骗了,我要退货我要退款。

    然后我就遭遇了此供货商的极品贱人,名叫Heather的。

    大家看他怎么回复我的:

    Thank you for contacting us. We are very sorry that you are not pleased with Armani high quality belts. We do not sell fakes. The belt is engraved with the designer signature and Made in Italy. The imitation is made in China.
    Please do not remove the tag , belt and box must be new.

    他说他很抱歉我们对这根如此高品质的皮带不满意,他们不卖假货的,皮带上有设计师的签名,是意大利制造。

    只有你们中国才卖假货。

    不要撕标签,皮带和盒子都必须是新的。

    LZ看到那句“只有你们中国才卖假货” 很是不爽,但为了退货也没多说什么,还傻傻的回了封邮件问他要一个return label.

    Thank you for the feedback.

    Pls also provide me a label so I can return the purchase at no extra charge.

    然后,这个贱人回复我:

    No return label is required.
    However, in order to accept the return and be able to sell the belt, it must be in its original new manner exactly as you received it. The plastic was on the buckle to protect it from scratches, so please place it back on. Including the white paper that was attached. We cannot sell a belt if the original plastic and tag is not on it. To examine the quality of the leather , the tag need not be removed.
    This is the first time ever anyone has returned an Armani belt.

    不需要免费退货标签。
    为了二次销售,皮带必须完好无损得像你刚收到时一样,皮带扣上的塑料扣、包皮带的白纸、标签都要完好,不然我们没法再卖(LZ心想,是没法再骗人了吧),这还是第一次有人要退我们的皮带耶。

    LZ此时十分的上火,LZ知道退货不能拆标签,但皮带扣上包的白纸???我不撕掉,我啷个能看到这根地摊皮带的真容???

    Heather,

    Pls see the pic attached below, which show the details how rough the "high quality GA belt" is. I am going to GA store to verify whether it is quality goods or imitation.

    If I keep the tag original, how could the rough details be found.

    So, pls explain to me is it the "high quality" you mentioned before. And waiting for the identification result of GA store.

    发给了这个Heather,说:你自己看图这就是你说的高品质皮带的质量和细节?还威胁他说我要去GA专卖店鉴定真伪。如果姐连上面的白纸都保留好,姐怎么能看到你们这根地摊皮带的真容呢?

    贱人回的:

    Armani belts are made of the softest calf skin leather available with the highest quality and attention to the stitching.
    The belt is embossed Made in Italy with the designer's logo.
    This is not the Armani Exchange belts made in China. This is the real Armani piece , and we have never received any complaints about these magnificent belts. We encourage you to go to Armani Boutique.

    此皮带是用最柔软的小牛皮用最高工艺在意大利做的,上面还有设计LOGO。不像你们中国制造的AX,这是真的GA。我们这根极好的皮带还从没收到过投诉,你要去专卖店鉴定你就去啥,巴不得。

    LZ每次看到这个贱人回的邮件都极度的不爽。

    但当时还去咨询了Fedex,问把这根地摊皮带寄回去要多少钱,答曰:265大洋。当时还纠结着要不要怎么给他包一下寄回去,但我们确实拆包装了,万一花了200多大洋寄回去,他又不肯退款,说我们拆了包装影响了他们二次销售呢??

    老板答复:如果皮带扣有问题,你把皮带扣退回来吧
    然后我们又试着和这个贱人再沟通:

    Heather,

    Have u saw the pics attached in last email? One of pics shows the edge of buckle is crudely and simply made. The other explodes the bolt pins on the both sides are extremely unsymmetrical.

    Is that the quality u mentioned with the words of "magnificent" and "highest"?

    贱人,你看到我发你的图片没?皮带扣的边缘极不平整,两边螺丝也不对称,这就是你说的高质量皮带?

    贱人回复:

    This is how Armani does their belts. As you know we do not make the belts.
    Kindly send it back if you wish.

    阿玛尼的皮带就是这样的,我们又不是造皮带的,你要退你退好了。

    这时候贱人的老板可能也实在看不下去了,回了我们一封邮件:

    If there is a problem with the buckle, please just send the buckle back and Armani will replace it. No need to send the entire belt to us just send the buckle.

    如果皮带扣有问题,你把皮带扣退回来吧,不用把整根皮带退回吧。

    此时善良的LZ还有点被贱人的老板感动的意思,主要之前被贱人气的够呛。弱弱的问老公咱们要不要把皮带扣退回去呢?关键时刻,老公起到了重要作用,大手一挥:这个不是退不退皮带扣的问题,他这根皮带本来就是假的。某网站不是不卖假货么?和网站投诉去!

    此网站按理说还是不错的,投诉平台可聊天、可发邮件、可打电话,鉴于LZ的口语水平,还是先聊天吧。这个聊天记录好像没有保存,其实也没必要贴,就是把事情和客服MM叙述了一遍,大体和之前发的都差不多。客服MM也惊呆了,说他们会尽快调查,尽快回复。。。

    不退货讨说法,从物质斗争转向精神斗争
    老公说,算了,我们就做好不退了的准备。反正都不退货了,但是得讨个说法不是?

    于是我们抱着讨说法的态度,又回了一封邮件。从物质斗争转向精神斗争了有木有?

    Hi Amazon,

    As your last reply, I thought you may miss my point of complaint. The shop, Silver Touch USA, which registered on Amazon.com sold the fake leather belts of Giorgio Armani. The evidences, detailed pictures which clearly explode how crude the belt is have sent you by last email. I don’t believe that crude and simple packed belt is a real piece made by GA. For the further confirmation, I went to the GA boutique to indentify the belt. The suggestion from GA boutique is that the belt must be fake, and they've never seen any low quality belts like this from GA before.

    As known to the world, Amazon is an online trade platform which has a good reputation. Ignoring the fake goods traded by Amazon is a huge damage to the brand.

    Therefore, I wish you can stop the shop from selling fake goods and give me the satisfying feedback. It is ridiculous that you ask me to pay the restocking fee and shipping costs for a fake item purchased from the well-known Amazon.com.

    我们重点是投诉在你们网站上注册的第三方卖假货,细节图都发给你们的,上面可以看出皮带做工多么粗糙,我们不相信这是GA皮带做工水准,为了证实我们还跑去GA专卖店去证实,GA店员也觉得这是假的,而且都没见过这么差质量的GA皮带。
    你们网站全球知名,卖假货传出去不太好哦。
    我们希望你让那个坑爹的店别在卖假货了,并给我们一个满意的答复,让我们为退一个假货付运费是不是太好笑了??

    话说这种精神斗争已经让LZ和LZ老公越战越勇了,由于和美国那边的时差,通常我们白天回的邮件,他们晚上才回复我们,所以每天早上第一件事就是看邮件啊。。。[s5011]

    终于在今天早上收到网站的回复:

我想问一下~如果是第三方销售,由亚马逊发货的,那有没有可能卖假货?例如今天推荐的叶黄素,
销售是:Sold by Efficient Distributor and Fulfilled by Amazon.,,,那卖假货的机率高吗?
